Crown Prints Stores is committed to providing you with the highest quality products at the lowest possible pricing - and always with great customer service!

Payment Types:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, debit cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay.

Order Tracking:
You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received.  To view the status of your order, please log in to your account and click on "Order Status".  You will also receive an e-mail when your order has shipped with tracking information.

We do our best to keep items in stock.  Occasionally we experience a temporary delay while items are being produced.  If an item is currently out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail.  Backordered items will be shipped when they become available at no additional shipping and handling charge.  If an item has been discontinued, we will let you know and will be glad to help you choose an alternate item.

Shipping & Handling:
Being custom orders made-to-order, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Domestic Orders
U.S. orders ship via the most cost effective method (US Mail or UPS) and usually arrive within 3 business days for the East Coast and 6 business days for the West Coast.

Orders Shipped to Canada:
Shipping & Handling Rates: $15.00 per order.

International Orders:
Please note that shipping may not be available to all international addresses.
Please leave additional time for your order to arrive as international orders can take several weeks.
Minimum Shipping & Handling Rates: $30.00 per order.
All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
